Experience Makes All The Difference
When I first started to learn how to make websites – in 1995 – the first website I made took me 4 months. Even though I had been a professional programmer for over ten years, I had to learn the software and how to put it all together. What the customer wants is very important. My customer wanted a simple gray theme and I was giving him everything but what he wanted.
From 4 months, I have gotten the turn around time down to about 1 week. Now that's progress! This turn around time does not apply to an e-commerce site because they are much more involved.
